Dennis James Guza

Dennis James Guza of Moneta, Virginia was promoted into his Heavenly home on December 30, 2024. He leaves behind his wife of 49 years, Edith (Rodriguez) Guza, his daughter, Christine (Guza) and Wesley Phillips, daughter, Anna (Guza) and Jimmy Newcomb and six grandchildren, Gabriel, Hannah and Levi Phillips, Molly, Ellie and Duke Newcomb as well as four siblings, Frank Guza, James Guza, Joseph Guza, and Nancy Guza. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis “Frank” Guza and Theresa (Pawloski) Guza. Dennis was born in Highland Park, Michigan on September 28, 1954. He attended Lake Shore High School in St. Clair Shores, Michigan and after he graduated, he went on to work for Chrysler Motor Company. A visitation will be held at EastLake Community Church in Moneta, Virginia 4:00-6:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 5, 2025. Due to power outage, the funeral service has been scheduled to WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 8th starting at 10:00 a.m. with the funeral to follow at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in the cemetery by the church.
