Dianne Gail Austin Rutrough

Dianne Gail Austin Rutrough, born July 28, 1948 in Franklin County Virginia, daughter of Alfred and Orpha Austin. She peacefully departed this life February 9th 2021 at the age of 72 years. She will be lovingly remembered and missed by her family. Surviving are her husband, Jacob L. Rutrough of 54 years and 6 months; her daughter, Melissa and Craig Peters; two sons, Tony and Angela and Timothy and Christy; 18 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Dale Austin; sister, Laquita and Berlin Bowman; sister-in-law, Jane Austin; brothers-in-law, Albert Rutrough, Abram and Martha Ann Rutrough; sister-in-law, Julia and David Brunk; and many nephews and nieces. Funeral services will be conducted at Pigg River Old German Baptist Brethren Church 10 a.m. Friday with the Home Brethren officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Clearview Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 5-8 p.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
