Donald Wayne Meador "Beatle"

Donald Wayne Meador “Beatle”, age 75 of Wirtz, passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Virginia P. Meador and Percy W. Meador; two siblings, Sue Meador Etter and Eddie Meador. Surviving are his siblings, Gloria and Frank Scott, Steve Meador, Kenneth and Debbie Meador, Penny and Eddy Prillaman, Rodney and Mandy Meador; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Beatle was a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in Vietnam. Special thanks to Kenneth Meador for his care and devotion, Carilion Hospice of Franklin County and all of the caregivers for exceptional care. A memorial visitation will be held at Flora Funeral Service from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2022. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
