Donald Ray (Donnie) Webb, age 71 of Rocky Mount died June 23, 2009.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Edward Webb.
Donnie was a longtime member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church where he served as Sunday School Superintendent and Deacon.
Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Webb; daughter, Donna Webb; mother, Lura Webb; brother, Ronald Edward Webb and wife Debra; sister, Patricia Webb Flora; many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from Rocky Mount Baptist Church 11 a.m. Monday with Dr. Jack Corvin officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Rocky Mount Baptist Church Endowment Fund, 85 West Church Street, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151 or to a charity of your choice.
His family will be receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Rocky Mount Baptist Church.
