Donna Sloan

Donna Lee Sloan, 55 of Rocky Mount passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2015. She was preceded in death by her father, Herman Stilton and a brother, Wesley Stilton. Surviving are her loving husband of 14 years, Roger Sloan; mother, Martha Beeghly; daughter, Melissa Beckner; sons, Darell L. Wade and Conrad L. Wade; grandson, Robert Lee Hall; sisters, Michelle Bradly (Gene), Carolyn Swihart (Darrin), Teresa Parks (Mike); brother, Roger Stilton; special friends like daughters, Kerri Ann Wilcox, Sharon Hodges; very special friend like sister, Amy Booth; in-laws, Thomas Amos, Wanda Maxey; a number of nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral services will be held at Rocky Mount First Church of the Brethren 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 1, 2015 with Rev. John Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Yopp Family Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
