Donnie Earl Scott, age 60 of Rocky Mount passed away Monday, August 19, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Ruby Ferguson Scott. Surviving are his life companion, Wanda Arrington; his "canine girls", Sasha and Annie; sisters, Sheila Pritchett and Deborah Myers; nieces, Jennifer Pritchett and Summer Pritchett; nephew, John Evan Myers; other family members, Carolyn and Bill Woolsey; other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 23, 2012 at Mountain View Memorial Park. Flowers are accepted or memorial donations may be made to Franklin County Humane Society. His family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday August 22, 2013 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
