Doris Turner Hall

Doris Turner Hall, age 87 of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021. She was a longtime member of Furnace Creek Baptist Church. Doris was born March 6, 1934 a daughter of the late John W. Turner and Kate Poindexter Turner. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Terry D. Hall; son, Kim Edward; a sister, Frances T. Atkins; brothers, Benjamin (B.L.), Nathaniel (N.P.), Herbert and John Ed Turner; two special nieces, Patsy Pulliam and Karen Turner; and special friend, Betty Hall. She is survived by a special grandson, Hunter Pulliam; a special niece, Beth Pulliam Long; several other special nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Jeff Hall. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Gideons International or charity of choice.
