Dorsey Allen Hall

Dorsey Allen Hall, age 73 of 730 Altice Mill Rd, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151 passed away Saturday, June 4, 2016. He was born July 7, 1942 a son of the late Boyd and Edna Hall and was also preceded in death by his grandson; Josiah Hall, father-in law, Clifford Swanson; brothers, Guy Hall, Gene Autry Hall, Jerry Shane Hall and sister, Marie (Veta) Furrow. Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Pamela Sue Hall; daughter and son-in law, Kim and Al Beckner; son and daughter-in-law, Kendall and Debbie Hall; grandchildren, Shana Beckner (Tim Clemons), Ruby Grace Hall, and Tucker Hall, brothers; Elmer Hall, Wayne and Pat Hall, Jay Hugh and Diane Hall, Gerald Lynn Hall; sisters, Irene Sigmon, Margaret Wescott; mother-in-law, Dalphine Swanson; in-laws, Doyle and Pat Swanson and Wanda and Bobby Housman, Etheleen Hall and Ethel Hall; special niece, Kathy Forbes and special friends, Dale Manning and Ricky Gibson. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 7 p.m. Tuesday with Pastor Eddie Hawks and Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. His family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Tuesday prior to the service at Flora Funeral Chapel.
