Earl Lee Foley, age 78 of Fieldale, died Saturday, February 28, 2015. He was born May 10, 1936, a son of the late William Arthur and Clara Laprade Foley. He was also preceded in death by brothers, Lloyd, Fred, Archie, Kermit, and Robert Foley; sister, Vera Young. Earl was a loving father, brother, PaPa and friend.
Surviving are his children, Doug Foley, Roger Foley (Ruth), Tracy Foley; brothers, Jimmy Foley (Shelby), Arthur Foley (Betty Jo), Donald Foley (Rita); sisters, Nancy Bousman (Carlton), Eva Dale Scarce; 9 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Harry Shelton officiating. Interment will follow in Henry Memorial Park. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
