Edith Prillaman Lynch (Granny), age 87 of Rocky Mount, passed away Tuesday, November 25, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her daughters, Linda Jones and Elizabeth Williford.
She is survived by her loving son, Robert Michael Lynch and wife Brenda; sons-in-law, Elwood Jones and John Williford; grandchildren, Kim Williams and husband Gerry, Josh Lynch and fiancé, Sherry Boyd, Jessica Williford; great-grandchildren, Kealey and Hayden Williams; brother, Cecil and Bevelyne Prillaman; nieces, Susan Mullins and Betsy Gail Stanley.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Joe Dillon officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
Flowers are appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 3907, Martinsville, Va. 24115.
Her family will be receiving friends from 6-9 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount and other times at the home of Mike and Brenda Lynch, 1126 Angle Plantation Road, Rocky Mount.
