Eldridge Mcarthur Holland

Eldridge McArthur Holland, age 65 of Boones Mill, died Saturday, November 15, 2008. He was born December 11, 1942 a son of the late Mary and James Holland. He was also preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Christine Virginia Witcher, Jewell Holland, John Henry Holland, James Leonard Holland, Edward Thomas Holland, and Ora Bell Starkey. Mr. Holland is survived by his wife, Kathryn Webb Holland; adopted daughter, Eugenia Marsallas; brothers and sisters, Mary Alice Holland, Margaret Smith, Ruth Green, Charlie Robert Holland, Andrew Holland, Edna Price, and Agie Holland. Funeral services will be conducted from Faith Fellowship Church 1 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. His family will be receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
