Elinor Louise Simmons

Elinor Louise Simmons age 63 of Rocky Mount, died Sunday September 27, 2009. She was preceded in death by her son, David Brooks and a grandson Dagan James Brooks. Surviving are her husband Michael Simmons, granddaughter Megan Brooks, daughter-in-law Lori Miller and husband Troy, mother-in-law and father-in-law Mary and Wilford Simmons, two sisters, many extended family members. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Rehoboth United Methodist Church with Rev. Bob Weinhold officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be made Franklin County Rescue Squad or Rehoboth United Methodist Church.
