Elizabeth Hall, age 88 of Rocky Mount went to be with the Lord Friday, November 20, 2009.
She was born and raised in Franklin County a daughter of the late William Walter and Lucy Wells. She was also preceded in death by her brother, William Robert Wells. She enjoyed socializing at Dairy Queen and McDonalds with all of her friends. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, J.W. Hall; one son and daughter-in-law, William Monroe Hall and wife Melissa; one granddaughter, Luci Hall all of Rocky Mount; two nieces, Ann Meeks and husband Shelburn; Peggy McGhee; one nephew, Bobby Wells and wife Peggy of Figsboro. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Sunday with Pastor Jim Walls officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
Her family will be receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount and other times at the home of Monroe and Melissa Hall, 955 Ruritan Road, Rocky Mount.
