Emma Louise Gilley

Emma Louise Gilley, age 85 of Collinsville died Thursday, January 18, 2024. She was born September 28, 1938 and was preceded in death by her father and mother, William Irvin Sink and Jettie Eanes Sink; daughter, Cindy Lou Wyatt; and great-granddaughter, Sadie Cassell. Surviving are her granddaughters, Ashley Wyatt of Patrick County and Amber Wyatt of Bassett; sisters, Lucy Ruth Quinn of Ferrum, Faye Fern of Fountain Valley, CA, Edith Smidl of Huntley, IL, Catherine Bridges of Martinsville; brother, Walter Irvin Sink of Williamsburg; great-grandchildren, Ally Wyatt, Will Cassell, Logan Wyatt, Bryson and Colton Cassell; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Penny Hairston. Special thanks to Rachel and Mary with Amedisys Hospice Team, Rocky Mount Health and Rehab and Ravenel Oncology Center in Martinsville for their care. There will be no services at this time. God saw you getting tired,
When a cure was not to be.
