Ervin "Eugene" Harrison

Ervin “Eugene” Harrison, age 81 of Rocky Mount died Saturday, July 26, 2025. He was born September 24, 1943 a son of the late Otis and Delma Harrison and was also preceded in death by his daughter, Elena Harrison; five sisters; and one brother. Eugene retired from Cooper Wood Products after many years of service. He also served in the Army National Guard. Surviving are his daughter, Tammy Harrison; granddaughter, Tamara Muse; grandson, Johnathon Harrison; numerous nephews and other family members. A graveside service will be conducted from the Young Family Cemetery (Fork Mountain Road) 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2025 with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. His family will receive friends 1-2 p.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation for Eugene's gravestone.
