Eugene Montgomery, 88 of Boones Mill died Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Surviving are his son, Glen Montgomery; daughter, Donna Montgomery; granddaughter, Kim Montgomery; brothers, Buddy Montgomery, Jimmy Montgomery; sisters, Shirley Dillon, Marie Chitwood, Bonnie Montgomery Gentry, and Jane Burgess. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
