Eugene C. Richardson, Jr.

Eugene C. Richardson, Jr., age 73 of Union Hall died Saturday, April 27, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene C. Richardson, Sr. and Ruth Shelton Richardson. Eugene was a member and Elder at Forrest Hill Christian Church. He was also a United States Navy Veteran. Surviving are his wife, Nancy Richardson; children, Donna Richardson, Karen Richardson, Doug Richardson (Diane); grandchildren, Isaac Richardson (Amanda), Leia Richardson; great-grandson, Aiden Richardson; sister, Joan Fitzgerald; nephews, Tom Richardson and Edward Richardson; along with many other family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Forrest Hill Christian Church 11 a.m. Wednesday with Minister Wayne Keith officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Forrest Hill Christian Church, 13185 Snow Creek Road, Penhook, Virginia 24137. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
