Florence Virginia Bohrer

Florence Virginia Bohrer, 95 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, November 18, 2015. She was a member of Woodlawn Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, John Bohrer; son, Douglas McDaniel Davis. Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Betty Hunt; son, Walter Davis, Jr. (Evelyn); eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and special friends, Nancy Shively, Jane Quesenberry, and Judy Joseph. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Rev. Eddie Hawks officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to services. A graveside service will be conducted at the Bethany United Methodist Church Cemetery (Austinville, VA) at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 23, 2015.
