Florence A. Felter, age 90 of Ferrum died Wednesday, March 17, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Felter. Surviving are her children, Robert Felter, Mary-Ann Castro, Nancy Felter, Kathy DeCaprio, Ami DeCaprio; three grandchildren; great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Arrangements by Flora Funeral & Cremation Service, Rocky Mount.
