Flunoy "Jimmy" Haley

Flunoy “Jimmy” Haley passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023 at the age of 83. He was born August 30, 1939 to the late Charley and Fannie Mae Haley.  He was a workaholic and enjoyed life to the fullest at his home in Callaway. He was preceded in death by his children Ricky, Charlie and Stephanie; grandchildren, Michael and Justin; brother, Dan and sister Nora. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Edith Haley; daughter, Debbie Hall (David King); sisters, Christine Blankenship, Maybyrd Blankenship; grandchildren, Robert King (Bri), Jessica Haley, Toni Wright, Logan Smith (Greg), Savanah Lily; great-grandchildren, Gregory, Evianna and Noah. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 26, 2023 with Bishop Jon Dubyk, Elder Sam Rogers and Elder Charles Bruington officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
