Frances Wells

Frances Wells, age 53 of Penhook died on Friday October 19, 2018. She is survived by her husband, Charles Wells; daughters, Tiffany Ricks (Chad), Emma Wells; son, Michael Shane Hall; mother, Barbara Blankenship; three grandchildren, Ella, Skyler, and Baby Ricks; brother, Robert Arthur (Audrey); sisters, Deborah Hunt, Tammy Haskins; numerous aunts and uncles; along with numerous nieces and nephews. The family will have a gathering at Flora Funeral Chapel at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
