Francis Alexander Ingram

Francis Alexander Ingram, age 84 of Ferrum died Thursday, March 12, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Isaac Alexander (Alex) and Vinnie S. Ingram; his brother, William Luther; and sisters-in-law, Mary Goode and Addie Hudson Ingram. Mr. Ingram was a retired Dairy Farmer. Surviving are his sister and brother-in-law, Essie I. (Peggy) and J. Lloyd Edwards; nieces, cousins, friends, neighbors and church family at Story Creek Baptist Church. The family respectfully requests no food and that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Saturday at Story Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Truly Trammell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
