Francis Thomas Palmieri

Francis Thomas (Frank) Palmieri, age 80 of Rocky Mount died Sunday, March 2, 2008. He was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service in White Plains, New York. He was born September 3, 1927 a son of the late Joseph and Catherine Russo Palmieri. Mr. Palmieri is survived by his wife, Carol E. Palmieri; son and daughter-in-law, Frank J. and Kathy Palmieri, Rocky Mount; special friend, Ann LeDe'; cousin Dolores Catauro, Bronx, NY; brother-in-law Robert Orrell and wife Nina; nephew Matthew, Florida. Frank has many special friends who were dear to his heart but too many to mention by name. In lieu of flowers the family has requested that you please consider memorial contributions to your favorite charity. Funeral liturgy will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 7:00 p.m. Friday with Rev. Nixon Negparanon officiating. His family will be receiving friends from 6-7 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
