George Harold Talbott

George H. Talbott, age 55 of Rocky Mount died Tuesday, December 8, 2020. He was born October 9, 1965 in Franklin County. Surviving are his loving wife, Heather Haynes, of 2 ½ years; two sisters, Jessica Sagraves (Steve) and Michelle Sandley; in-laws, Jennifer and Justin Haynes-Watkins; special aunt, Mary Ellen Davis and special uncle, Lynn Davis; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Kitty Haynes; aunts and uncles; nieces and nephews; a special pet, Sadie. George was a U.S. Navy Veteran honorably serving his country. He worked for The Federal Aviation Administration as an Airway Transportation System Specialist. He loved gardening and target practice. George was a kind, gentle, and loving husband and friend. He will be greatly missed.  Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Joe Dillon officiating.
