Gerald B. Williams

Gerald B. “Jerry” Williams, age 70 of Penhook died Thursday, January 7, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Clifton Williams and Omar Walker Williams; his first wife, Emery Williams; daughter, Darlene Williams; two brothers, Bobby and Norman Williams; special brother-in-law, James “Shorty” Adkins; and special nephew, Ricky Ashby. Surviving are his wife, Deborah Williams; two daughters, Regina (Steve) Buntin, Wendy (Jesse) Davis; five step-children, Jonathan Ouellette, Kristine Wake, Robert Wake, Richard Boucher, Jeannette Boucher; five grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; four brothers and sisters, Charles “Pete” Williams, Shelby W. Adkins, Marjorie W. Jones (Bobby), Hattie W. Ashby; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren 2 p.m. Sunday with Rev. Mike Gallimore and Rev. J.D. Harmon officiating. Interment will follow in the Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren, c/o Jeremy Adkins, 16405 Snow Creek Road, Penhook, Virginia 24137.
