Gladys Boyd Atkins

Gladys Boyd Atkins, age 93 of Ferrum passed away Sunday, October 4, 2015. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Atkins, sons, Jimmy Atkins, Jesse Atkins and Joel Atkins. Surviving are her sons, Jerry and Susie Atkins of Ferrum, Justin Atkins of Ferrum, daughter-in-law, Brenda Atkins of Floyd, 11 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Flora Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Arrangements by Flora Funeral and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
