Gladys Law Holt

Gladys Law Holt, age 80 of Boones Mill, passed away Wednesday, January 18, 2023 with her husband by her side. She was preceded in death by her parents, Addie and Owen Law of Rocky Mount; son, Owen Henry (Buddy) Hodges; two grandsons; sisters, Laura Emma Law, Louise Gravely, Betty Dillon (Fulton), Kate Eanes, and Judi Law; brothers, John Henry, Tommy, Everett (Peanut) Amos and Andy. She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Wayne Holt; daughters, Janice, Debbie, and Sandi Hodges; special grandchild, Ryan Hodges; sisters, Elsie Harrison and Pat Eubank; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Gladys was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. Her life was a living example of her faith. Funeral services will be held at Faith Fellowship Church, 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 21, 2023 with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a favorite charity.
