Glen Edwin Leckie

Glen Edwin Leckie, age 85 of Wirtz died Monday, December 10, 2018. Surviving are his wife, Kay F. Leckie; children, Lynda Leckie D’Angeillio (Bob), Laina Leckie Thomason (Trevor), Nancy Jennings, Bo White, J. Scott White; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Glen loved animals and the outdoors. He was an avid hiker when his health permitted. Glen proudly served his country in the United States Army and his career expanded many years with IBM and Lockheed Martin which lead to his involvement with the NASA project to land the first man on the moon. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. Glen also attended Halesford Baptist Church. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Halesford Baptist Church.
