Glenn Wray Furrow

Glenn Wray Furrow, age 85 of Rocky Mount passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018. He was predeceased by his parents, Eldridge and Nellie Furrow; brothers, Stafford (Bertha) and Maymon (Phyllis); sister, Arnita (Bob) Mason; brothers-in-law, Duke Motley, Herman and Ronnie Scott; sister-in-law, Meda (Darrell) Turner. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Lorene; daughters, Mary C. Furrow, Joyce (Cecil) Mason, Glenda (Jeff) Hunt; sister, Bevelene Motley; sisters-in-law, Mae and Adele Scott; grandson, Trevor Hunt; step-grandchildren, Doug (Becky) Mason and Deanna Tembo; five step-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Story Creek Baptist Church 2 p.m. Wednesday with Pastor Ronnie Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The viewing will be held one hour prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Story Creek Baptist Church Benevolence Fund or the Waidsboro Ruritan Club.
