Gloria Jeanette Goad

Gloria Jeanette Goad, age 80 of Penhook passed away Friday, November 29, 2013 at her residence. She was born December 23, 1932, a daughter of the late Samuel Jackson Reynolds and Lena Blair Reynolds. She was also preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters. Surviving are her husband Thurston Goad; children, Lonnie D. Goad Sr. and wife Carolyn , Knoxville, MD, Michael D. Goad, Barry T. Goad, both of Penhook, Robin Dye and husband Kenny, Brunswick, MD; seven grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren. Graveside services will be at Greenpond Baptist Church Cemetery, Climax 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 2, 2013 with Pastors Marla Moore, Roger Jones and Denver Turner officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
