Gloria Williams Saunders

Gloria Williams Saunders, age 95 of Bedford, passed away Thursday, February 13, 2025 at her residence. Gloria was the wife of the late Nelson Saunders; mother of Thomas (Aileen) and Stephen Boyd; grandmother of Robert, Alex, Zackery and Aleigha Saunders; great-grandmother of Tilian, Kayson, Eli, Audrey and Uriah; and very special friend, Donna Saunders. There will be a private graveside service for the family at Greenwood Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 beginning 2:00 p.m. at Bedford Presbyterian Church (105 E. Main Street, Bedford, VA 24523). In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Bedford Presbyterian Church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
