Goldie Christine Agee

Goldie Christine Agee, age 85 of Callaway passed away on Monday, January 15, 2018. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Goldie was a faithful, dedicated lifelong member of Pigg River Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Agee; parents, George and Helen Guilliams; sister, Doris Guilliams; brothers, Donald and Earl Guilliams. She leaves to cherish her memory three children, William Agee (Vickie), Brenda Quinn (Oliver Shively) and Sharon Akers (Eddie); three grandchildren, Melissa Agee, Dwayne Agee and Miranda Quinn; three great-grandchildren, Alan Michael Agee, Madisyn Brown and Myles Brown; special nephew, Earl Guilliams, Jr. (Diane); special long-time friends, Margaret Scott and Gladys Quinn with many other family members and close friends. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Friday, January 19, 2018 with Elder Junior Conner officiating. Interment will follow in Pigg River Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pigg River Church Cemetery Fund, c/o of Janet Bowles, 50 Holland Road, Callaway, VA 24067. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
