Gwendoyln Gaye Brown

Gwendolyn Gaye Brown, age 60 of Rocky Mount died Friday, February 18, 2011. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin Fred Bolling and mother, Flossie Jones Flippin. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Larry Wayne and Dusty Brown; special granddaughter, Madison Shyanne Brown; brothers and sisters-in-law, Michael Dean and Rebecca B. Bolling, Basil Guy and Rebecca R. Bolling; sister and brother-in-law, Kathryn Joyce and Tony Bernard; special aunt, Alice Yopp; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and her special canine companion, Cricket. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Bill Doss officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
