Harold Lester Willis

Harold Lester Willis, 71 of Ferrum passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018. He was the son of the late Herman and Blanche Willis of Ferrum. He is survived by his wife of 39 years, Shelby Willis; one brother, Ronald Willis; daughters, Donna Cannaday (Jeffrey Turner) and Paula Shively (Michael Hodges); grandchildren, Brian "Wolfman" Hall (Misty), Chelsea "Neighbor" Neeley, Travis "Chief" Hodges and Caitlyn "Hotdog" Cannaday; one great-grandchild, Jacobie "J" Hall; sister-in-law, Mary Jo Hubble (Ernie); brother-in-law, Alvah Preston (Becky); niece, Rhonda Hester (Mark); great-nieces, Danielle Holland and Brittney Woods; and numerous other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Wednesday with Dr. Billy Shively and Rev. John Ingram officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at Flora Funeral Home and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
