Harry Alton Blankenship

Harry Alton Blankenship, age 73 of Glade Hill died Friday, July 23, 2010. Surviving are his son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Tammy Blankenship; two granddaughters, Mary Barnes and Frostie Blankenship; three great-grandchildren, Katelyn Ashbrook, Christopher Ashbrook and Patrick Anderson; two sisters, Zula Perdue and Ruby Perdue; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be conducted from the Ferguson Family Cemetery 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Denver Turner officiating. His family will receive friends from 10-10:30 a.m. prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
