Harry Shelbon Rigney

Harry Shelbon Rigney, age 87 of Rocky Mount passed Wednesday, May 22, 2025. He was born May 21, 1938, a son of the late Harry and Annie Mae Hodges Rigney. Surviving are his children, Mark (Jeanne), Randall (Eileene), Darlene and Chris (Leia); grandchildren, Matthew (Anna), Nakisha, Jennie, Joshua, Scott (Rebecca), Tatyanna, Caitlin, Courtney (Colby), Casey (Josh), Kristen (Trenton), Brittney (Jacob), Logan (Ronnie) and Randall W. Cole; 25 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; brother, Gerald Rigney; and special nephew, Lonnie Rigney (Kathy). A graveside service will be held at Franklin Memorial Park, 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, 2025 with his brother, Gerald Rigney officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
