Harry D. Wiseman, age 83, of Tallahassee, FL died Tuesday, July 31, 2007.
Mr. Wiseman had been a resident of Tallahassee, FL and Thomasville, GA area for the past 37 years. He was a former member of Temple Baptist Church and a retired Division Chief with F.E.M.A., headquartered in Thomasville. Prior to his F.E.M.A. service, he was affiliated with WSLS and WDBJ in Roanoke.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Joy Mitchell Wiseman.
Mr. Wiseman is survived by his sons, Rick Wiseman and wife Leisa of Tallahassee, FL and Mark Wiseman and wife Leatha of Rocky Mount; sister, Ruby Sledd of Roanoke; and two grandchildren, Tayler and Ashley Wiseman of Rocky Mount.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Saturday. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Make A Wish Foundation, 1053 North Orlando Avenue, Suite 1, Midland, FL 32751.
