Helen H. Scott

Helen Houston Scott, age 75 of Franklin County, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2019. Born on November 27, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Albert Lester and Cora Robertson Houston. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gordon, Willie, Adron, Bob, and Bill Houston; sisters, Frances Hutchinson, Dorothy Brooks, Shirley Woody, and Doris (Wren) Atkins; and her son, Keith Johnson. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa J. Greer (Chester) and Tammy J. Radford; son-in-law, Joey Radford; five grandchildren, Shaun Greer, Brittany Greer, Daniel Smith, Ashley Hodges, and Connor Radford; two great-grandchildren, Brady Vance and Ella Smith; brother, Cecil Houston (Shirley); sister-in-law, Jo Emma Houston; and a very special friend, George Ware. A memorial service will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2019 with Mr. Don Hodges officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
