Henry Lewis Anderson

Henry Lewis Anderson, age 71 of Rocky Mount died Thursday, June 9, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Gladys Anderson. Surviving are his sister, Sharon Bibbs; niece, Ashlee Zahner (Chad); nephew, Russon Bibbs (Nicole); numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; aunts and cousins. Lewis loved farming and fishing. He was also an excellent gardener. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the Flint Hill Community Cemetery Fund, c/o Emily Smith, 2536 Booker T. Washington Highway, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Chris Kingery and Pastor Russon Bibbs officiating. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. in the Flint Hill Community Cemetery. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
