Herman C. Hudson, age 63 of Rocky Mount went to be with the Lord on Thursday, November 8, 2007.
He was born April 10, 1944, a son of the late John and Laura Hodges Hudson. He was also preceded in death by his brothers, Paul, Leonard, Archie and Allen Hudson; sisters, Ruth Foster and Zula Bradley; son, David F. LaPrade Hudson.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Josephine LaPrade Hudson; daughter, Alisa M. Hudson; son, David L. Hudson; granddaughter, Lauren L. Hudson; brothers, Larry and John “Buc” Hudson; sisters, Eleanor Harris, Sandra Robertson and Judy Clark; family friends, Elizabeth Hodges, Jason Snead, Joyce Eubank; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from Redeeming Life Pentecostal Holiness Church 3 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Mary Ann Motes officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Redeeming Life Church.
