Hilmon Buren "Cotton" Frith

Hilmon Buren “Cotton” Frith, age 75 of Rocky Mount died Wednesday, February 17, 2010. He was a resident at Tanyard Village where he enjoyed the many friendships he made over the past nine years. Cotton was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ada Ingram Frith; his wife, Ima Robertson Frith; brothers, James, Larney and Morris Frith. Surviving are his step-children, Nancy R. Perdue, Tillie Dent, David Robertson and Jesse Robertson; a number of step grandchildren; nieces and nephews; brothers, Buford Frith; sisters, Gladys Lynch, Vivian Underwood, Avis StClair and Betty Jones. Memorial services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Robertson officiating.
