Horace Fredrick Scalf, age 79 of Franklin County, VA died Friday, August 20, 2021. Horace is now at peace and reunited with family and friends whom preceded him. Horace leaves beind a loving extended family and more friends than you can count. Horace was a simple man that would do anything for anyone, whether it was a heart that needed mended or electricity that needed turned back on, he was the man for the job.
