Howard Ray Bailey, age 78 of Rocky Mount passed away Tuesday, January 5, 2021. He was born November 20, 1942, a son of the late Herbert and Dorothy Bailey; also preceded in death by his wife Virginia Nadine Bailey, two brothers and one sister. Surviving are two sons, Keith Bailey and Kevin Bailey; a number of nieces, nephews and close friends. Graveside services will be at Sandy Ridge Baptist Church, 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2021 with Pastor Joe Dillon officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
