Howard Lee Nichols

Howard Lee Nichols, age 69 of Moneta, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2019. He was a traveling salesman for bus parts. Howard enjoyed being with his family and friends, going to family dinners and had a love for dogs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Virginia Nichols; two brothers, Jerry A. Nichols and Barry Nichols. Surviving are his nieces and nephews, Jeffrey (Patricia), Wendy (Rick), and Chad (Tonya). Funeral Services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 with Pastor Brian Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Germantown Brick Church of the Brethren Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the local SPCA. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
