Howard William “Billy” Wray, Jr. 47, of Spencer, VA was called to heaven on May 15, 2020. He is preceded in death by Howard, Sr.; many aunts and uncles; and step-son, Walid. Surviving are his son, Charles Lee Wray; sisters, Betty Lou Wilcher, Ronda McCullough; his mother, Mary Yopp Broughman; many aunts and uncles. Services will be held at a later date.
