Irene Castle Gonigal

Irene Gonigal, age 83 of Hardy and formerly of New Jersey died Friday, December 16, 2016 with her son by her side. She was born February 24, 1933 a daughter of the late John and Julia Castle and was also preceded in death by her husband, John Gonigal. Irene was a beloved mother and homemaker. Surviving are her son, Brian Gonigal; and a cousin, Stanley Yoncak. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
