Jack Foster, Sr.

Jack Foster Sr., 70 of Rocky Mount, VA went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 25, 2015. He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur C. Foster, his mother Elnora Foster Allen and sister Marie Watkins. Jack is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Diana Crews Foster, his children; Jack Foster Jr. (Dawn) and Rebecca (Becky) Lynn Davis, his grandchildren; Stephanie (Nicola) Watkins (Zack), Jack (Bud) Foster III and Keenan Brooks Davis, his great grandchildren; Chelsea Nichole Watkins and Abby Paige Watkins. Jack is also survived by sisters; Margaret Parker and Patricia Clark, brother, Jesse Foster and a host of nieces and nephews. Jack was a truck driver moving mobile homes for 38 years where he knew and touched many. He loved racing; he was first a drag car driver and later became an owner, part of a crew and was the biggest fan of his grandson Bud’s race car. Friends may come to the home 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2015 for a celebration of his life. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
