James “Jimmy” Bruce Brizendine, age 55 of Rocky Mount, went to be with the Lord on Friday, October 12, 2007.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ira; brothers, Gordon and Terry; and twin brother, Jerry.
He is survived by his mother, Eva Brizendine of Rocky Mount; and two brothers, Don of Roanoke and David of Rocky Mount.
Jimmy will be sadly missed by his Herrick House family and co-workers at Goodwill Industries.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Monday. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the James Brizendine family c/o Flora Funeral Service, P.O. Box 763, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151 to help the family with expenses.
His family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
