James Howard "Jim" Taylor

James Howard Taylor “Jim”, age 79 of Bassett passed away Saturday, August 19, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents, John Taylor and Emma Young Taylor; brother, Sam Taylor; and sister, Vernie Price. Surviving are his wife, Gladys Hodges Taylor; son, Tim Taylor; and sister, Ann Mayes. Jim retired from Fieldcrest Cannon with 40 years of service and the last five years working in Karachi, Pakistan. Services will be private. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
