James Everett Wilt

James Everett Wilt, age 82 of Rocky Mount died Monday, May 11, 2015. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Wilson Wilt and Lillian "Mabel" Wilt; first wife, Shirley Hollinger Wilt; and son-in-law, Richard Latorre. Surviving are his wife Eunice Austin Wilt; children, Suzan Ritter (Bobby), James Wilt (Connie), Linda Latorre, George Wilt (Cindy); step-children, Charles Austin (Carolyn), Debra Ellis (David), Phillip Austin (Brenda); 13 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Funeral services will be conducted at Pigg River Old German Baptist Brethren Church 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 15, 2015. Interment will follow in Franklin Clearview Cemetery. His family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Thursday at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
